This download is the latest version of T-Mobile Internet Manager software. It adds compatiblity for MacOS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard). Please be aware that this update can only currently be completed on a computer running Windows. Once the update is complete however the Stick can be used on both Windows and Mac OS X. View

Follow the steps in the wizard to update the StickOnce complete, the Stick will have the latest version of software loaded onto itIf you already have a previous version of the software installed on your computer, you should unplug the Stick, then uninstall the old software from your computerOnce you've uninstalled the old software, re-insert the Stick and follow the wizard to install the latest version

After downloading, run BEC_reset_en.exe by double clicking on the file. This will uninstall your 3Connect application, and you will have to reboot immediately after uninstallation. This should only be used by customers who are having problems uninstalling 3Connect. After uninstallation, customers can reinstall 3Connect version 1.0 by inserting their dongle into their computer.
3Connect v2.0 for Huawei modems only. After downloading, run 3UK_2.7.0.77_AUP_Huawei.exe by double clicking on the file. This will install the latest version of 3Connect for Huawei modems only. This should only be used by customers having difficulties upgrading to version 2.0.
